Lou was admitted to practice in 1970 and joined Clelands in 1973.

Whilst Lou has extensive experience in general litigation, liquor licensing, personal injuries and wills and estate planning law, he has particular expertise in environmental law and local government law.

Lou acts on behalf of a number of Councils, public companies and private clients with respect to planning applications and appeals.

Lou is a member of the National Environmental Law Association and sits on the Law Society's Local Government and Public Law Committee.
