Lou Crotti Consultant

Lou was admitted to practice in 1970 and joined Clelands in 1973. He is the longest-serving member of the firm and a previous Partner of the firm, who continues to provide support within the firm and act for clients.

Lou has extensive experience in liquor licensing, personal injuries, wills and deceased estates, and general litigation — in particular civil litigation. He has particular expertise in:

  • Planning law
  • Environmental law and
  • Local government law

 Lou has acted on behalf of a number of Councils, public companies and private clients with respect to planning applications, planning objections and appeals.
