Kylie Petherick Practice Manager

Originally from the Eyre Peninsula, Kylie moved to Adelaide for a ‘city change’ in 2013 and joined Clelands the following year, in this newly created role.  Prior to entering Professional Services, Kylie spent more than 20 years working in financial and executive management in a number of very different industries including manufacturing, horse racing, fishing and trades services.

Her areas of experience include:

  • Business Management
  • Financial Management
  • HR management
  • IT
  • Processes, policies and procedures
  • anything else that nobody else wants to handle!

In short, her role as Practice Manager involves making sure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Kylie is passionate about helping people and enjoys pulling together the skills she has learnt over the years to do so. She loves the challenge of being a change manager in an organisation, making sure there’s a positive culture, but being mindful of not changing what’s not broken.
