
Charles Beresford Principal
LLB, GDLP
Charles was admitted to practice in 1989 and, after working as an Associate to a Judge of the Supreme Court of South Australia for 14 months, entered private practice in 1990. He joined Clelands Lawyers Adelaide in 1998 and made partner in 2002.
Much of his work involves the preparation of wills and administering deceased estates.
His fields of practice also include commercial property leasing, commercial and civil litigation, contract preparation and the provision of advice across the full spectrum of commercial transactions.
Charles consults in Ceduna on the Eyre Peninsula on a regular basis.
