
Libby Abbot Registered Conveyancer
Libby first joined Clelands in 1985 and spent a number of years working in all areas of general conveyancing in Adelaide and on the Yorke Peninsula. She became a registered conveyancer in 1992 and has been a Certified Practicing Conveyancer from 2007.
Today Libby practices in all aspects of conveyancing. She has a particular focus on:
- Acquisition and disposal of shopping centres, commercial buildings, and rural properties
- Contract and Form 1 preparation
- Land division
- Community titling
- Creation of easements
She assists our Adelaide and Yorketown clients with private contracts, advice on the effect of a contract, due diligence and all aspects of buying and selling property.
