Rinaldo was admitted to practice in 1999 and became a partner at Clelands in 2004.

Rinaldo is a commercial lawyer with one of his main areas of expertise being liquor licensing, hospitality and gaming law.  He acts on behalf of various corporations including publicly listed companies, major hotel groups and hoteliers, clubs, restaurants, producers, wineries, bottleshop owners and small venues throughout South Australia.  His clients rely on his specialist knowledge of liquor licensing, hospitality and gaming to provide accurate advice on matters relating to site location, requirements for applications for new liquor licences, management of and changes to existing liquor licences, transfers of licences and various other related licensing transactions.

Rinaldo’s commercial law practice which includes acquisitions, developments, leasing and disposal of residential and commercial properties, sale and purchase of businesses (in particular pharmacy and hotel transactions) and associated commercial documentation and advice.
