Patrick was admitted to practice in 2011 and joined Clelands in 2013.

He practices in commercial law matters with a particular focus on:

  • Liquor licensing
  • Business structuring
  • Business acquisitions
  • Commercial and retail leasing and
  • Stamp duty advice

Patrick has specific expertise in negotiating, drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial documents including leases, business sale agreements and joint ventures. He also advises on security and loan documentation.
