Subcontract Tendering Workshop

Clelands Principal Tom Walker was invited by Specialist Subcontractors SA to present a seminar to its members on the topic of Subcontract Tendering and risk allocation.  It was an informative session with all participants coming away better informed about how to prepare a tender, and negotiate the terms and conditions of a subcontract to try and achieve better risk allocation.  Tom will be presenting this workshop again in January and February 2019.
